Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the GnosySoft Ltd terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to the GnosySoft Ltd whose applications are acceptable to GnosySoft Ltd and who have authorised GnosySoft Ltd to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. GnosySoft Ltd reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. GnosySoft Ltd offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution team.
PRICING POLICY
Prices shown on the Site are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate in Cyprus. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time.
The Euro price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of error. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item or description of the item that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of credit back or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
The prices are at least 30% lower than the average retail market price in Cyprus. Products that have higher discounted rates will be favoured from us in order to provide to our customers the lowest available price.The "Retail" Price displayed on our items represents either the retail price suggested by the manufacturer or an actual price intended to be representative of similar items sold in Cyprus by department stores.
If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and GnosySoft Ltd will be completed when we email you to confirm that the goods have been despatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Cyprus.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TAC.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Cash upon receipt of the product, by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, and Maestro debit cards and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by GnosySoft Ltd. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to GnosySoft Ltd we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take all reasonable care to make our Site secure. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Datacash, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. If you are a registered Gnosy Soft user, we will securely store your credit card details on our systems. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated.
Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
DELIVERY
All products are shipped by ACS couriers. ACS operates on the whole territory occupied by the Republic of Cyprus, except some secluded regions. In case of customers residing in a remote location, they will be contacted by ACS to pick up their products at their closest ACS office. The shipping price is always added to the product during checkout. If you wish to purchase more than one item (maximum 3) then you will be paying a much smaller amount for shipping (except for items which weight more than 2 kg).
Gnosy Soft Ltd insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by GnosySoft and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation.
In case ACS cannot locate or contact you using the mobile phone you provided to mouxti.com during registration, the item will be returned to us and you will have to pay the shipping fees twice in order to have the product re-sent to you.
During checkout, you can choose to ship the items to a different address than the default address for your account. Please note that in such cases ACS could possibly contact you to arrange delivery if the phone number related to the secondary address cannot be reached.
If your delivery address is outside of Cyprus, your ordered will not be processed and delivered.
In cases where customers repeatedly order items and do not receive/pick them up at ACS, the phone number and address related to this account will be black-listed from our website.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours of receiving your order. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, GnosySoft is not responsible for any delays caused by any third party and not within its reasonable control.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can check the current status of your shipment by signing into your account and selecting ORDER STATUS.
RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please state your name and order number (as received from mouxti.com by email when you made the order).
After 24 hours, we will not accept any cancellations. All sales are final.
If you wish to return an item, you may do so only within seven days of receiving your order. You may do so by:
1. Signing into your account and under My Orders, select the order number containing the items you would like to return.
2. Click on the RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM button and choose the reason why you want send your item(s) back. If an item is faulty, please provide details why.
3. To request a refund, select how you would like to be credited. This needs to match the original payment method used. Please note, store credit is only valid for one year from issue date.
All shipping costs for returns will be paid by you.
If an error is discovered in the price or description of the product that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price; if the item(s) are dispatched we will cancel and refund your order as soon as we receive the product back to our warehouse.
Mouxti.com will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible after being notified of them.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Mouxti.com shall, at its own cost, reimburse or ship any items that were not delivered, or refund you the amount you paid for the items/services in question PROVIDED THAT you notify Mouxti.com of the issue in writing at the address stated in the confirmation e-mail within 7 working days of delivery of the goods.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
We recommend that items are returned to us via ACS to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or GnosySoft account and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items) which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service.
FAULTY GOODS
If a product is damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange.
You have the right to return a faulty product within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your product as this may be needed should there be a fault.

If we sent you a product which you did not order, or which is incorrect, please contact us to obtain information as to how you will return or exhcnage it.
Note: in the event of GnosySoft sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must return the original item to us within 30 days of our e-mail confirming the issue of the replacement product. Provided you return this product to us within the 30 days, you will have nothing more to pay. If you do not return the original product to us by the end of the 30 day period, we reserve the right to charge an amount equal to the price of your original order to the payment card you used for the order.

LIMITS ON OUR LIABILITY
Gnosy Soft guarantees that any products you order through this Site will be original, brand new, except if they are antiques or collector´s items or stated otherwise, of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will conform to the description given on the Site.
To the extent permitted by Cyprus law, GnosySoft will accept liability for death and personal injury arising from our negligence or that of our employees and agents. GbnosySoft will not seek to exclude our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents.

If GnosySoft Ltd breaches the TAC we shall only be liable for losses which are direct losses and a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such a breach. We are not responsible for losses not caused by our breach or negligence, indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not reasonably foreseeable by you and us (for example, loss of profits or loss of opportunity).
We are also not responsible for failure to meet any of our obligations under the TAC where such failure is due to events which beyond our reasonable control.
All electrical products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as stated on the products description. If your product develops a fault while under warranty, please contact Mouxti.com and we will advise you where to send it for repair. It is a "return to base" warranty therefore there will be a delivery charge, to ship the returned product back to the relevant Cyprus service centre.
INDEMNITY
At our request, you agree to indemnify us fully, defend us and hold us harmless immediately on demand, our officers, directors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of the TAC by you including the use by any other persons accessing this Site using your Internet account caused by your action or inaction.
OUR RELATIONSHIP
